Random

You might have as well felt really distressed, uncomfortable or unhappy over things. Like, you just want it to disappear like a bubble or the other way around like, you wanted to hide far far away for a while, and come back when everything goes smoothly again. 

Sometimes, it's not the experience itself that creates the suffering but it's the resistance to the experience. It can be any experience, feeling or whatever, depends on how you want to label it anyway. 


Of course, fear is natural. It's human nature but sometimes, it consumes us that it draws the limit in us. I don't think we have specific boundaries over things, however, I'm not saying that human race is perfect. What I mean is, if we wanted something, we can work it out no matter what. We just need to accept, digest and inhale again. We experience trouble all the time, but it's how we grow and increase our wisdom. Right? Have you thought how beautiful is that?

And it's much more tiring because you will be exerting much effort in pushing that feeling away when in fact you can just let it flow. You just messed up with your work (a big project) and it has been bothering you for weeks now, because it makes you feel irresponsible,weak and idiot. You have been feeling really depressed lately because you screwed up a previous relationship that you had really worked on. And every time that feeling comes in you, you just feel like dying and you just wanna fade away. 

All feelings come and go. Let it in. Say "hi" to that feeling, argue, cry and whatsoever. And once you're done, release it, let it go. Don't get stuck, don't let that feeling live in there. You don't need any negativity. You're wonderful without it! Open up, breathe and live again. 

Now, there's a new You. A little wiser and more open-minded this time. 
Take another shot. Live it out.
